Accessibility Statement
Last reviewed: July 2026
1. Our Commitment
GrowAppAI is committed to making its public website usable for as many people as possible, including people with disabilities and people who rely on assistive technologies. We treat accessibility as an ongoing effort and continue to improve the experience as the site evolves.
2. Standards We Aim to Meet
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, and to align with the accessibility expectations set out in Israeli Standard 5568 (which is based on WCAG) and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities regulations. These are the targets we design and build against. The site has not yet undergone a formal third-party accessibility audit or certification, so we describe these as goals we work toward rather than guarantees of full conformance.
3. Accessibility Features We Have Implemented
The following adjustments are currently in place across the public website:
- A “Skip to main content” link for keyboard users.
- Keyboard navigation support for links, buttons, and forms.
- Visible focus indicators on interactive elements.
- Semantic HTML headings and landmark structure.
- Text labels associated with form fields.
- Alternative text for meaningful images.
- Status messages for form submissions announced to assistive technologies.
- A responsive layout that adapts to mobile, tablet, and desktop screens.
4. Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some areas of the site may not yet be fully accessible. We are aware of the following limitations and are working to address them:
- Some decorative and animated visuals are presented for visual enhancement only and may not convey information to assistive technologies.
- Embedded or third-party media (such as video players) may not meet the same accessibility level as the rest of the site.
- Some content delivered through our content management system has not yet been individually reviewed for accessibility.
If you encounter a barrier that is not listed here, we want to hear about it so we can fix it.
5. Reporting an Accessibility Issue
If you experience any difficulty using our website, or if you need information provided in an alternative format, please contact us at accessibility@growappai.com. Please include a description of the problem, the page URL, and the browser and assistive technology you were using, if applicable.
6. Our Response Commitment
We will review every accessibility report we receive and make reasonable efforts to respond within a reasonable time and to resolve identified issues. Accessibility feedback also informs our ongoing improvements to the site.
